BADEK RESOURCES SDN BHD recognizes that Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) are the primary concern. The company is committed to promoting Occupational Health, Safety and Environment to all employees.

In ensuring a successful implementation of the OHSE management system, the company will strive for continual improvement of the effectiveness of the OHSE management system and provide the necessary resources and support required to ensure the achievement of OHSE objectives.

Towards achieving these target, BRSB will provide leadership and commitment in

• Carry out risk assessment to identify the potential risks and taking proper preventive actions to mitigate the risk.

• Identify and eliminate hazards before they become OHSE issues.

• Identify all potential hazards, make risk assessment and take preventive measures to mitigate the hazards

• Encourage the intervention and reporting of unsafe work habits and promoting continuous OHSE performance.

• Investigate all events where injuries, damage to property or the environment has occurred including near miss incidents where there is a potential for injury or damage.

• Ensure that appropriate corrective actions are taken to prevent reoccurrence of similar incidents. The cause of the incident should be documented and communicated to all parties in a timely manner.

• Training of staff in order to perform safe operations and to check their emergency preparedness.

• Documenting, implementing and maintaining the OHSE Policy, systems and procedures.
